Honda 因應潛在的電池膨脹問題，將對部分 2025 年款 Forza 350 開展自主召回維修服務。

問題説明

影響部件：電池

由於電池上蓋的樹脂成型條件發生變更，導致毛邊產生並可能阻塞電池於充電期間用作釋放氣體的排氣孔，引致電池內部壓力異常上升，從而造成電池膨脹。

召回與對策

本田將對所有受影響車型實施召回，並免費提供檢驗與維修服務。

通知方式

經銷商將主動透過電話及手機短訊方式聯絡受影響顧客。受影響車主亦可致電指定維修中心查詢。

Recall Notice: 2025YM Forza 350 Battery Swelling (Hong Kong)

Honda has decided to conduct proactive market action for 2025 Year Model Forza 350 due to battery swelling issue.

Problem Description

Affected components: Battery

Due to a change in the resin molding conditions of the battery upper cover, burrs were generated. These burrs blocked the ventilation hole used to release gas generated during charging, causing internal pressure to increase and resulting in battery swelling.

Recall and Countermeasures

Honda will recall all affected models and provide inspection and repair services at no cost.

Notification Method

Dealers will proactively contact affected customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and SMS. Affected vehicle owners may also call the authorized service centre for inquiries.
