Honda 因應龍頭鎖螺絲鬆脱的潛在問題，將對 2023 年款 CL500、2023 至 2025年款 Rebel 250 及 2023 至 2025 年款 Rebel 500 開展自主召回維修服務。

問題説明

影響部件：龍頭鎖螺絲

由於部分車輛的龍頭鎖固定螺絲未確實鎖緊，可能在行駛過程中鬆脱。鬆脱的螺絲若卡入轉向機構中，最嚴重情況下可能導致手把無法正常操作，進而引發摔車事故，影響行車安全。此外，螺絲鬆脱亦可能導致龍頭鎖組件直接脱落。

召回與對策

本田將對所有受影響車型實施召回，並免費提供檢驗與維修服務。

受影響車主可將車輛送往 Honda 授權經銷商進行檢查，以確認車輛是否能安全行駛。

如經銷商判定車輛目前可安全使用，將在螺絲頭上進行標記，並向您簡單說明檢查方法。

此標記可讓您在每次騎乘前自行檢查螺絲是否對齊。如你在騎乘前發現標記移位或不再對齊，請立即停止騎乘，並聯絡授權本田電單車經銷商。

待替換零件備妥後，經銷商將另行通知您前往維修中心進行免費維修。

通知方式

經銷商將主動透過電話及手機短訊方式聯絡受影響顧客。受影響車主亦可致電指定維修中心查詢。

Recall Notice: 2023YM CL500, 2023-2025YM Rebel 250 and 2023-2025YM Rebel 500 Handle Lock Screw Loosening Issue (Hong Kong)

Honda has decided to conduct proactive market action for 2023YM CL500, 2023-2025YM Rebel 250 and 2023-2025YM Rebel 500 due to handle lock screw loosening issue.

Problem Description

Affected components: Handle lock screw

The screw securing the handle lock may not have been sufficiently tightened. As a result, it could loosen during riding. The loosened screw may become lodged in the steering area, making the handle impossible to operate and causing a fall, thereby compromising riding safety. Additionally, the loosened screw may cause the handle lock to detach.

Recall and Countermeasures

Honda will recall all affected models and provide free of charge inspections and repairs.

We recommend that you bring your motorcycle to your nearest Honda dealer for an inspection to confirm whether it can be operated safely.

If the dealer determines that your motorcycle is currently safe to use, they will apply a marking to the screw head and explain a simple method for checking the screw alignment.

This marking will allow you to check the alignment before each ride. If you notice that the marking has shifted or is no longer aligned, stop riding immediately and contact your authorized Honda dealer.

Once the replacement part kit is available, dealer will notify you to take your motorcycle to the repair center for the free corrective repair.

Notification Method

Dealers will proactively contact affected customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and SMS. Affected vehicle owners may also call the authorized service centre for inquiries.
