Honda 因應引擎機油消耗異常問題，將對 2024 年款 CBR600RR 及 2025 年款 CB1000 Hornet 開展主動召回維修服務。

問題説明

影響部件：引擎

在高轉速狀態下頻繁使用引擎煞車減速時，可能導致引擎機油被吸入燃燒室燃燒，造成機油消耗量異常增加。若車輛在機油不足的狀態下持續行駛，可能因潤滑不良而產生異常噪音或損壞內部零件，嚴重時可能導致行駛期間引擎熄火或後輪鎖死，影響行車安全。

召回與對策

本田將對所有受影響車型實施召回，並免費提供檢驗與維修服務。作為暫時性對策，本田將安排機油的檢測與補充，以及對出現異常的引擎進行檢查及維修。如檢查中發現機油油量不足，將免費補充至規定標準。

在問題獲得完全修復前，受影響車主請留意以下事項：

• 日常使用時，於每次騎乘前先檢查引擎機油油位。如發現機油消耗過量或油位低於下限，請勿繼續騎乘，並立即聯絡授權本田電單車經銷商補充機油。
• 若行駛過程中引擎發出異常聲響，請立即將車輛停靠於安全地點，並致電有關機構協助。

通知方式

經銷商將主動透過電話及手機短訊方式聯絡受影響顧客。受影響車主亦可致電指定維修中心查詢。

Recall Notice: 2024YM CBR600RR and 2025YM CB1000 Hornet Abnormal Engine Oil Consumption

Honda has determined conducting a proactive service campaign for 2024 model year CBR600RR and 2025 model year CB1000 Hornet SP.

Problem Description

Affected components: Engine unit

Frequent use of engine braking to slow down at high engine revolution may cause engine oil to be drawn into the combustion chamber and burned. This leads to an abnormally high consumption of engine oil. If driving continues without noticing the decrease in oil level, a drop in oil pressure may cause abnormal noise or damage to the engine parts. In severe cases, it may cause the engine stall or the rear wheel to lock up while driving, thereby affecting driving safety.

Recall and Countermeasures

Honda will inspect all affected vehicles at no cost to the owner to ensure there are no engine abnormalities. As a temporary measure, Honda will arrange for engine oil inspections and refills. In case of engine oil level is found to be insufficient during the inspection, it will be refilled to the specified level free of charge.

The final repair method to resolve this issue is currently under development. In the meantime, owners are advised to take the following actions:

• Make sure to check the engine oil level before every ride in accordance with the Owner’s Manual. If excessive engine oil reduction or the level falls below the lower limit, please consult an authorized Honda motorcycle dealer to have the oil refilled.
• If any abnormal engine noise or vibration occurs, stop riding immediately and contact an authorized Honda motorcycle dealer for assistance.

Notification Method

Dealers will proactively contact affected customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and SMS. Affected vehicle owners may also call the authorized service centre for inquiries.
